I love food and I love to feel good. Combining these two resulted in me becoming a nutritional therapist. After many years of working with clients, teaching courses and developing recipes, I still enjoy every single working day. To share my knowledge and see people’s physical and mental health improve and flourish is a true joy.
I believe in a holistic approach to improving health, focussing not only on diet, but also on how to think outside the box, reduce stress, have better mental health and live a more satisfying life in general.
I started my career in 2010 as a dietary educator and since then I have seen hundreds of clients worldwide. While working as a therapist in Asia I gained thorough knowledge of Eastern ways of looking at wellbeing. This, combined with my Western education, has enabled me to approach each client in a very individualised, non-standardized way.

I hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Nutrition, have undergone additional studies in Ayurveda, TCM, Sports Nutrition, Plant Based Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Tongue and Pulse Diagnosis and NLP and am registered with the professional body BANT, the CNHC and am insured to practice.

Bear Grylls and Kay joined forces in 2015 when they decided to write a Nutrition book together. Bear and Kay's passion & knowledge combined resulted in a true nutrition bible, packed with practical information on the every-day foods we eat and a stack of predominantly plant based yummy recipes to try out.
