I have always had a passion for food, health and helping people. Becoming a nutritional therapist was the logical career choice for me. After many years in this field I still enjoy every single working day, sharing my knowledge and seeing people’s health and lifestyle improve and flourish.
I believe in a holistic approach to improve health. So in my courses and consultations I focus not only on how to eat better, but also on how to think outside the box, reduce stress, and live a more satisfying life, on a physical, mental as well as spiritual level.
I started my career in 2010 as a dietary educator and since then I have seen hundreds of clients in many different countries worldwide, giving me vast experience in improving people's health through food- and lifestyle changes.
While working as a practitioner in Asia I gained thorough knowledge of Eastern ways of looking at wellbeing. This, combined with my Western education, has enabled me to approach each client in a very individualised, non-standardized way.
I hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Nutrition obtained at the esteemed CNELM. I have undergone additional studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Sports Nutrition, NLP, Tongue and Pulse Diagnosis, Herbal medicine and Shinrin Yoku.

Bear Grylls and Kay joined forces in 2015 when they decided to write a Nutrition book together. Bear and Kay's passion & knowledge combined resulted in a true nutrition bible, packed with practical information on the every-day foods we eat and a stack of yummy recipes to try out.
