As places on the courses are limited, in order to guarantee your space, a full, cleared payment is required 1 week prior to a course commencing. If for any unexpected reason you can't make the course and cancellation is more than 2 weeks before the date of the course, please contact me with your name and reference number at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will have a choice of either transferring to another course at the later date or a refund will be made (course fee minus admin). Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds on places cancelled within less than two weeks’ notice.

CANCELLATION OF COURSE
Kay van Beersum reserves rights to cancel a course at any time prior to the workshop commencing, if there are not enough participants (minimum 15), or if the course leader is ill. In that case a choice of a full refund or a place on an alternative date will be offered.
